Our Site Map provides you with an overview of our site and allows you to quickly find the information you need by department. To quickly access the main sections of our site follow the steps below:

1. Click on the appropriate department located on the navigation bar on the left of each page. Departments are broken down either by category or age of the child - Infant (0-24 Months), Girl (24 Months+), Boy (24 Months+).
2. Select the appropriate collection or product category such as plush, ride-ons or books.
3. Click on the product image for detailed product information.

Online Store: Our Online Store makes shopping easy. You can shop by age and category. Each departmental page is divided into different collections and product categories such as hats, socks, shoes, etc. Simply click the desired age of the child, or category name, and then select the collection or product category to view all items. Click on the image of the product you would like to view. To order, simply select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click "Add to Cart". If you're unsure and can't decide, consider a gift certificate. JennyBec's gift certificates are available in the amount of your choice. Select the right size for that special child using our JennyBec's apparel size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.

Ordering at JennyBec's.com is easy! To place an order follow the steps below:

2. Click on the product category you would like to view, such as toys, clothing or gifts.
3. Click on the product image that you would like to view.
4. Select the size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart".
5. Once you are done shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top and right of the page and follow the instructions to checkout. If you are new to our site and have not yet registered, you will be prompted to do so during checkout. All you need to complete the registration process is an email address and a password.

We process all orders received prior to 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the type of product (i.e. "drop shipped" vs. "store shipped"). Some products marked "drop shipped" will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified of the approximate shipping time of "drop shipped" products during checkout.
